The NEET Bottle keeps liquids hot or cold for up to 24 hours thanks to our 6 layers of mirrored stainless steel. 

The NEET Bottle typically requires charging once every 7 days, depending on individual use. 

The NEET Bottle is designed for water and that is its recommended use. If you put in tea, coffee, or sugary drinks, then it is recommended to wash it by hand after each use with warm, soapy water. Fermented drinks are not permitted to be used in the NEET Bottle. 

NEET Bottles purify water with UV-C rays emitted from the NEET Bottle cover when you press the LED button on the top of the bottle cap. It takes approximately 3 minutes for this to occur. This allows you to drink cleaner, safer water wherever you want, whenever you want.

The NEET Bottle is unique in that there is a UV-C LED located in the cap. The UV-C wavelength emitted from the cap is optimized at 280 nanometers to eliminate up
to 99.9% of bacteria and viruses by breaking down their DNA before they have a chance to spread, making the water clean, pure and safe to drink. The NEET Bottle should be filled with clear water that does not contain any physical sediment, or heavy metal contamination, as the UV-C will not remove these impurities from the water.  

The NEET Bottle is charged via USB-C. A USB-C charging cord is included in your NEET Bottle package. Keep the waterproof plug in place at all times when not charging! 

No. The NEET Bottle does not remove physical impurities as it is not a filter. The advanced UV-C technology is effective in eradicating 99.9% of bacteria and viruses. Always use clear water sources that are free from heavy metal contamination when using the NEET Bottle. 

The NEET Bottle is designed to destroy bacteria and viruses in the hardest to reach areas, where these microorganisms love to grow. We recommend to regularly hand wash the upper lip of the bottle with warm, soapy water to remove any physical build-up or residue. If you use other liquids such as tea, coffee, or sugary drinks in your NEET Bottle, we recommend to hand wash with warm soapy water after each use. 

We would be happy to accept returns on any unused NEET Bottles in its original packaging within 15 days of the purchase date. Please reach out to support@drinkneetwater.com and our Customer Experience team will assist you with the return process.
